    Sometimes it is useful and helpful to carry out a short but focussed health check on how your business is performing. We identify your major market sectors, your sources of enquiries, we look at some ratios, - for example the conversion ratio of enquiries to orders and also some accounting ratios, repeat business percentages, and quality of documentation including proposals. We also like to look at any research and feedback information that your business may have captured. The health check will identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and suggestions will be made as to the actions needed to improve profitability, efficiency and to enhance the strengths and counteract the weaker aspects.

  • Internal Communication

    It may be that your business would benefit from a helping hand to communicate first hand to your staff about a new way of working or about implementing a different approach to carrying out tasks that have been highlighted in the strategy as needing to change. It is sometimes helpful if we work alongside the senior management to impart the new messages from a neutral source.

  • Lead Generation

    The strategy will detail the most appropriate methods to generate sales leads for your specific business needs. The tactical implementation may be carried out by your own staff but for various reasons we are often asked to do this either with your staff or in our own right.     Different clients at different stages in their lifecycle and achievements can choose to use 1on1 Sales in a variety of ways. You may also choose hourly, half days, daily, weekly or monthly amounts of time which can vary through the project. Should you wish to receive a fixed price then we would be happy to offer this too. We try to be as flexible as we can to deliver the results agreed in the most cost effective way.

It is a very powerful method of using resources external to your company to promote and sell your own offerings. We will be able to make some useful suggestions about improving your channel sales and channel management and should you not be working with channel partners then we will find suitable ones for you.

  • Interim Management

    Consultancy for some companies is an extremely important activity to have within the workplace, not in an ad hoc manner but full time for 3, 4 or 5 daye per week. Perhaps the project is critical or the pace of change too slow and more business expertise is needed with authority to make things happen. 1on1 Sales can provide personnel on site and we would be happy to quote for this.
